Return & Refund Policy – ZapZone
At ZapZone, we sell electronics accessories and spare parts. Due to the compatibility-based and technical nature of these products, we maintain a controlled return policy.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
Eligible for Return
Returns are only accepted if:
• The item is defective upon arrival
• The item received is incorrect
• The item is unused and in original packaging
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery at zapzone.helpdesk@gmail.com and provide clear photo or video evidence where applicable.
Return Conditions
• Item must be unused and undamaged
• Original packaging and all included parts must be returned
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Compatibility issues not stated in the product description
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or customer handling
If a return is approved, ZapZone will issue either:
• A replacement item, or
• A refund to the original payment method
ZapZone reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or replacement. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
